We have 2 Engineers on staff and work with other Engineers in Oregon and accross the country to provide HUD/FHA/VA, Reverse Mortgage, Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac compliant foundation certifications for Manufactured Homes within a 2-3 day turnaround. Our Engineer foundation certification inspection includes a site visit, assessment of the property for a permanent tie down system, any additions/ attachments, and HUD Tags.
Lender information
In September1996 HUD, (Housing and Urban Development) issued the original guideline 7584 & upgraded to 4930.3G which requires Permanent Foundation Certification as part of the loan package for all government insured loans made on manufactured housing for manufactured homes built after June 15, 1976.
